I have just started on Reishi mushroom capsules, 1 per day. I must say that I have less stress, anxiety and feel happier and sleep better!
Can I ask if it affected your legs at all. My legs started to ache (but that could be lack of exercise - or sitting in an awkward position) I would love to hear from you or anyone else. ACV and Reishi seems a good combo. Do you take the 1tbs of ACV with water (and anything else)?

Good to know Reishi mushroom lowers the BP. Once at the farmers market a very old chinese lady told me to drink Reishi Mushroom boiled in water to lower Blood Pressure.
I am wondering what brand of Reishi Mushroom are you taking.
