For the past year, I have been suffering from severe headaches, my heart would beat extremely fast just from standing up, and dizziness. I knew that it was serious when my head was hurting so bad one day that I went to lie down and woke up almost 15 hours later. I found this website while looking for a cure for gout for someone else. I sent them the information and then began to read the other parts of this site. After my reading, I wrote out a list and I went to the health food store immediately after work. I have been taking the mixture of the water with ACV, liquid garlic, cayenne pepper and blackstrap molasses for a week now. For the first time in a year, I am feeling so much better. My heart rate has slowed. My headaches are gone. I am using the bathroom on a regular basis now and I am not sleepy all of the time. I am also taking multi-vitamins. Thank you for this wonderful website!

I actually came to your website to learn more about Apple Cider Vinegar since an herbal remedies book recommended it for headaches. I've had these headaches for a few years and it's hard to describe the pain; it was like a pressure on my eyes and sides of my head, not to mention the fog that accompanied it and made me unable to think clearly. It was very difficult to look at a computer screen or read a book. Sometimes I would have these headaches for weeks at a time! I've also been suffering from fatigue; I felt lethargic and had no energy or motivation to do anything. I'm 21 years old and a student so this was not helping at all. I used to wake up (sometimes after more than 10 hours) and feel as though I'd had no rest at all, and I always awoke with a splitting headache. I'd had a regular workout routine which I'd stuck to 5-6 days a week, but could no longer find the energy or mental clarity to even go for a walk. I went to the local GNC less than two weeks ago and purchased two bottles of Apple Cider Vinegar; since then I've taken 2 TB 3 times daily in a glass of water and I'm free from headaches, I have considerably more energy, I sleep better, I wake up refreshed and my eyes are brighter! They no longer have that dull, pained look. An added bonus is that it's suppressing my appetite. I haven't measured or weighed myself as of yet, but I'll be sure to update you as soon as I do! Thank you for this wonderful website!

I started getting very bad headaches around the age of 12, and have had them on almost a daily basis since (I'm now 30). Nothing the doctors prescribed was ever effective in treating the cause, nobody really knew why I got them. I also have sinus problem and a sport related neck injury, I have thought these could be linked to the constant headaches. I started to look for another treatment for the sinus infections. I've been taking a mixture of sinutab and other paracetamol, aspirin and ibuprofen tablets over the years to help with the pain but it couldn't continue. I found your site in looking for a sinus cure and started drinking ACV one month ago and have not taken a single tablet since!!! I also feel more energetic every day.

So glad to find this site. I have been having a pretty bad headache, so i took 2tbsp. of acv in 8oz.water. It tastes terrible but within 10 minutes it helped a lot and it also opened up my nasal passages and the post nasal drip that i have been having stopped. Just to thank you and i will be coming onto this page more frequently. It has also helped out many others that i come in contact with. Again thanks, blessings to you.

An old fashioned remedy for any headache was to soak a piece from a brown paper bag with cider vinegar and apply it to the forehead. Something about breathing the fumes helps in some cases, anyway.

I am 49 years old and have suffered with very severe headaches since I was a young girl. I have tried many medications and remedies, but this simple and inexpensive thing can relieve the pain, sometimes within minutes. Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. Make a "tent" with a bath towel over your head and breathe in the vapors, deeply and slowly. (If it makes you cough, cut back on the vinegar.) A few minutes of doing this will cure most headaches as well as pills or shots.
