Eucalyptus oil saved my gums. Last year my dental hygienist gave me a bleak prophecy that I’ll need periodontal work soon. Since then my one significant change was adding four drops of eucalyptus oil to my daily routine of oil pulling for 20 minutes with 1 tsp of ozonated coconut oil. Last week, my hygienist’s only relevant comment was, “Gums look fine.”
