Normally when I get up in the morning I am stiff and have no energy, but when I drink lots of water with some apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, I lose the stiffness and feel very energetic. For me it is the water that gives me the energy.

Try Quecertin for aches. May take up to 6 wks, but it works. Take 2,500mg/day. I used to take 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening. Now I just take 1/day for maintenance.
