I have had diverticulitis for years. It flares up a couple times a year BAD. I go to Dr. I get cipro and flagyl. Last few times did not help. So I read about the apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper drink here.

2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in 10 oz of water. (Stanley from Huntingdon, Pa)

It worked in an hour. I would have paid $100 the night before to sleep and not hurt. I just couldn't. Pepto, Advil nothing helped. Then I read this. It worked. I'm still sore from 5 days of hurting but this mix is real deal. I mean it was that noticeable that quick. It's awful tasting. But worth the $10 I spent on acv and pepper

ACV and cayenne worked for me within 1 hour, but only if caught early and no constipation involved.

Several years ago I had diverticulitis to the extent that I just wanted to die. Somewhere I read about Apple Cider Vinegar and cayenne pepper.

This is the formula I used - 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in 10 oz of water. In two hours I was feeling better. Using this formula for 3 days totally eliminated this problem. I have been using the Apple Cider Vinegar and cp for at least 10 years and it has fixed many other problems. Wishing you well.
