I have been following this thread with interest. I have made and used kefir and have seen it do amazing things, but I am learning a lot via this discussion and find it fascinating. Thanks to all who are sharing in it!

My son had a staph infection on his leg that we could not completely get rid of even with turmeric, which generally works very well for staph. When we added kefir to his treatment plan, he quickly healed in a matter of days.

So, now I see that a certain strain of bacteria is likely in the kefir we used (L. Casei).

I was in a Costco this week and saw a plain yogurt and checked it out - "Fage" Greek Yogurt. It has L. Casei and L. Acidophilus in it. It also does not contain the additives and preservatives that many yogurts have. I bought some and it is delicious, by the way. I thought I would pass this along for those looking for a product that contains these important bacteria.

Step-by-step Procedures To Cure Diabetes Type II

The bad bacteria responsible for Diabetes Type II is : Staphylococcus Aureus (S. Aureus). The probiotic bacteria ( also called Friendly Bacteria) "L. Casei" can eliminate this bad bacteria. One will become Diabetes Type II if there is no sufficient quantity of L. Casei in ones digestive system to kill this bad bacteria. Only way to cure Diabetes Type II is to increase the count of L. Casei in the digestive system.

We bought milk kefir starter (Brand - Mr and Mrs Kefir) from Amazon.com. Milk Kefir is a Fermented Probiotic Food and it contains L. Casei. One can use any other starter as long as it contains L.Casei. We used 12-hour fermented fresh kefir for this cure. We used ordinary cow milk at room temperature for fermentation. The 12-hour fermented Kefir looks similar to yogurt and there is no need to do liquid-solid separation. It is advisable to do the following procedures under the supervision of a doctor :

1) Take one cup (100 cc) of ordinary cow milk at room temperature and add one teaspoon of Kefir to start the fermentation at night.

2) Next day morning, one cup of 12-hour fermented Kefir is available. Save about one teaspoon of Kefir for next fermentation and save it in the middle section of refrigerator. Take the remaining one cup of Kefir in the morning on empty stomach.

3) Follow Step 1 And Step 2 for about 8 weeks.

4) Then check for the bad bacteria S. Aureus in the stool as well as in the blood in a Lab. If there is no S. Aureus in both, the person is cured. If there is some S. Aureus either in the stool or in the blood, then follow steps 1 and 2 for another 4 weeks. Then go to the beginning of this step 4.

If a milk kefir starter is not available in your area but Mung Bean is available, one can use Mung Bean soaked fermented water to cure Diabetes Type II. Mung Bean soaked fermented water also contains L. Casei. One can follow instructions under the tittle " Mung Bean soaked Fermented water for Diabetes Type II" .

Best Wishes P. Raghavan.

Four people (diabetic - 2) in my town took one cup of kefir on empty stomach in the morning for 8 weeks. They are now free of this problem. Has any one tried this?
