I have been drinking ACV for about a month now and it definitely helps with my blood sugar readings. I am extremely happy
I've been taking 2 tablespoons of organic vinegar in some water 2 times a day for a month and my fbs has been no higher than 111 for weeks now. I can't wait to have my lab work done to see what my A1C is! I keep looking at the numbers and I wonder if my glucose monitor is not working right. I'm a true believer. People think I am crazy when I talk about it though.
I have been using apple cider vinegar for about a year. I have diabetes and anyone who understands diabetes knows that the longer you have diabetes the worse your digestion becomes. I have had it for 26 years and am insulin dependent and "had" terrible digestion problems, or little to no digestion. Now I drink apple cider vinegar everyday, 3 x per day 2 tablespoons in a glass of water. It has worked miracles for me and my insulin dependent. husband. Apple cider vinegar has cured my husbands IBS and eczema also. I drink it with every meal and then some. This is truly a miracle cure!!! Salute!!!
I would like to let everybody know apple cider vinegar is great, since I started taking it a few months ago, my blood sugar and high blood pressure is much lower than I expected.
