I have fought with recurrent UTIs (male) after heavy antibiotic treatment years ago including IV antibiotics for another condition. In the past I was able to mostly get rid of them using large amounts of colloidal silver, d-mannose and other remedies, but after a recent groin surgery I got stuck with a persistent one that would not fully go away no matter how much of the standard remedies I tried. I dealt with this infection on and off for over a year, and it even spread into epididymitis in my testicle. Recently I remembered one of my favorite herbalist websites and I am kicking myself for not checking his UTI treatment sooner, because it worked for me this time in one day. I am going to copy and paste his formula here. I purchased the loose herbs online elsewhere.

UT Tea

60gms Uva-Ursi leaf (Bearberry)
30gms Elder flowers
30gms Golden Rod leaf & flower
20gms Corn Silk

Mix them up and use 3-4 heaping tsps per each cup of tea. Let steep for ten minutes and drink 3-4 cups a day until the UTI is gone. In my case I noticed relief beginning after the first day.
