Magnesium and Omega 3s:

I have had continuous arrhythmias for over a year. I tried everything including pharmaceuticals and alternative methods. I decided to try Omega 3s, 1280 of DHA, plus magnesium glycinate 400 mg. Both of these I take daily in divided doses. It has been 6 weeks without a recurrence and I am amazed! There is nothing else I did differently so have to assume it is these 2 supplements. What a relief it has been! I hope someone else can be helped by this simple combination, too.
