I would like to know from any body if bad skin breakouts is normal when using coconut oil.I started using coconut oil & for the first week my skin was great. But the next week my skin just flared up so bad, spots everywhere even on places that I never had spots before. So for fear I stopped. If I continue will it get better? If so how long must I use it to see a result or how long does the flare ups last? I would like to continue if there is light at the end of my dark tunnel. Thanks
