You might get better results from getting a blood test. Otherwise, not to worry so long as you are taking a natural source for the Boron as the body will take what it needs and flush the rest out. Boron that is bound to other ingredients is not as effective and can cause issues. Follow indicated dosage recommendations for the source used.Replied by Rd (Sacramento, Ca) on 12/17/2020
The best way to test Boron levels is with a urine test. Blood does not give you accurate results and in fact might show up with nothing.
