How to Test Boron Levels in Body?

Posted By frank (Alpes Maritimes, France ) on 12/16/2020

Hello.

I've read that it's possible to measure amounts of boron within the body in order to see if you are deficient or not before you start to take boron (or borax) as a supplement.

Is this correct and, if so, what tests need to be done. Is it something I can ask my doctor to do?

Thanks for any replies.

Frank

I would reach out to a bioresonance practitioner. I'm not sure if there are other ways. Hope this helps.

You might get better results from getting a blood test. Otherwise, not to worry so long as you are taking a natural source for the Boron as the body will take what it needs and flush the rest out. Boron that is bound to other ingredients is not as effective and can cause issues. Follow indicated dosage recommendations for the source used.

The best way to test Boron levels is with a urine test. Blood does not give you accurate results and in fact might show up with nothing.
