Hi, I am currently taking Lysine (in powder form) for immune system boost. I also take Vit C sodium Absorbate by combining Absorbic Acid with baking soda. When I combine the Lysine (or any other amino acid) with the baking soda, the same fizzing reaction occurs as for the vit C/baking soda. Is it ok to combine Lysine & baking soda like this or would this reduce/negate the effectiveness of the Lysine?
