Will the Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method Help Heal Lungs?

I've been a smoker for several years and now that I've kicked the habit I want to repair the damage I've done to my lungs. Is the h2o2 inhalation method a good way to go about doing this?

Hi Fred, Look up Jack's Mullein Formula, it's here on EC posted somewhere.
