Hello Ms. Jamaica. For the inhalation method of hydrogen peroxide, you should use the 35% grade. But before you do, YOU MUST DILUTE it down to 3%. To do this you need to buy a jug of distilled water. Not purified or mountain spring or drinking water. It must be DISTILLED WATER. You have to be very precise when you measure and please be very careful when working with the 35% food grade. To make 3% hydrogen peroxide you mix 1 ounce of the 35% peroxide with 11 ounces of water and mix them together. I just swirl them around for a bit before I pour it into my bottle. Make sure that your measurements are ACCURATE or you can burn the inside of your throat. Believe me lol I've done that. It's a mistake I won't make again haha. I use the inhalation method and have been doing so for about a year. I have a large empty peroxide bottle that I use to store my peroxide in. You shouldn't use the 3% peroxide that you can buy from drugstores for this method of h202 therapy. The drugstore peroxides can contain harmful additives.
