Hi Wendy I think it's better to take iodine after breakfast once in a day. Remember iodine gives a good energy boost that may disturb your sleep. Also iodine is such a smal trace element that we don't need to take it multiple times. But considering iodine uptake with certain foods may inhibit or boost it's uptake but that is something I have not researched.
