Can I get some feedback on what is the best form of Iodine to take along with the best way to determine how much to take? I'm confused at this point...
I thought Nascent Iodine was the best so I have some, but then started reading some where that Lugol's is the best...so I have some Lugol's 5%
Please share what truly is the best form and how much one should take. Can I take both in some water everyday?
