I am new at using coconut oil. I am wondering why no one heats CO in the microwave? What effect does this have on the CO?

Microwaves were discovered in 1864 by a physicist and mathematician named James Clerk Maxwell and originally used for radar in WWII. Microwaves are radiation which changes food on a cellular level. Microwaving has been proven to deplete some nutrients and change structures of amino acids. For more info, please refer to this link: http://www.health-science.com/microwave_hazards.html
