What Could Be in the Apple Cider Vinegar Pills That Is Causing Leg Pain?

Posted By Saba (Mentor, Ohio) on 03/17/2012

I have been taking ACV pills this week. But the problem is I am getting leg pain from my hip to my knee on my right leg. When I was taking the ACV in the bottle I didn't have this pain. I stopped the liquid because it was making my teeth brown even with a straw it was still bathing my mouth. What should I do? I really want to continue with ACV I have seen much success with weight loss when taken 10-15 minutes before meal. Slow but steady weight loss which I have been unsuccessful for a long time. What do you think is in the pills that is giving me leg pain. I'm taking _____ 250mg concentrate - 35% Acetic Acid. Thank you.

Hi Saba, Try a different brand one that does not contain magnesium stearate. You may be one off the few folk that react to it (myself included) plus as Ted has said elsewhere on EC it lowers the absorption of the tablet.
