Jeanette, Looking at the graph, a 3% HP mix freezes at only slightly below 32 degrees F., possibly in the 20's. Many freezers are colder than that so it is possible that it all will freeze. All you can do is try it and see if any part of the mix isn't frozen.
Depending on how long HP has been on the shelf, it may not be a full 3% anymore which adds another variable. Why are you trying to make 35% HP? Most people who buy 35% HP intend to dilute it for use.

Hi, because I cannot find or buy 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide here in Canada to try the protocol of hydrogen peroxide therapy. So I thought let's just see how you make it and I happened along a video of a fella here in Canada that made a video showing you how to make 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide from store bought 3% hydrogen peroxide. And honestly a lot of products you try and look for to improve your health it seems that they suppress so I thought well how do we start making our own. But I wanted to check to see what others thought. Thank you so much for replying.Replied by Dave (Vancouver) on 05/21/2023
One source for 29% food grade H2O2 in B.C. has been Vitality Plus. I have no affiliation with the company/organization (vitalityplus.ca).Replied by Jeanette (New Brunswick ) on 05/26/2023
