Solid or Liquid?

I am wondering about some posts stating that people are "drinking" coconut oil. The coconut oil that I have (non hydrogenated) is a SOLID at under 77 degrees temperature. I do drink this melted in my coffee, but someone said that they took it with them to "drink" throughout the day. Do I have the wrong kind?

Coconut oil is a solid or liquid depending on the temperature of the area where it is stored. I am in India and here because of the warm climate conditions, coconut oil is a liquid at room temperature. Hence I can 'drink' the coconut oil.
