I would like to know if the painting of iodine is something you could do with young children?

Of course it's okay, my goodness, that's it's intended use--to paint childrens knees when they fall down. I would think an early start of daily painting would be great---I have my nieces and nephews on it. Their system is so good when they are young, it probably just sits on them.
