The EVC Oil I bought is not a liquid Have I missed something here. I love the results of the seasame oil but would like to try the cocnut oil . Do I heat this up a bit or have I made a mistake and bought the wrong stuff? Thank you.

No, not the wrong item. Coconut Oil solidifies in cooler climates. It will "melt" in your mouth!
