Is This Coconut Oil a Good Product?

Hi, Thanks for all the posting and feedback regarding coconut Oil. I just learned about all the benefits of taking coconut oil and just bought myself some and wonder if it is the one to take. Details of the label indicates ingredients: Coconut Oil and the Nutrition Facts stated that it has no Trans Fat, no Polyunsaturated Fat and 0 Cholesterol. Only 120 Caloire Total Fat 14 g. Saturated Fat 12g per serving that = 1 TBSP

What is the difference with the "virgin" CO?

Extra virgin coconut oil is the best. Anything that doesn't say extra virgin on the label has been heated during the manufacturing process, which changes the composition of the fatty acids and created trans fats. Extra virgin CO is cold/expeller pressed, which means that it's not heated and leaves the fatty acids intact.

it should all depend on if the heat actually passed thier smoking point.
