I would not eat the walmart solution it is fine to treat wounds, you want a pure clean solution that is formulated for oral consumption, I am currently taking a brand name 369 Iodine formula bought on ebay from seller wonwithnaturejohn, you can visit there web site and find out all about the product I have been taking it for about 4 days now and already brain fog has lifted and my gums are tight, have reseeding gums, I do feel more energy and hope to be able to report weight loss do more research before you buy stuff. best wishes Barbara
