Hello,
I have a hiatal herina which I've been trying to heal it with herbs. I was told that a hiatal hernia is more about infection, rather than just mechanics. I guess that's why surgery is considered only temporary and why many hospitals no longer offer the surgery. I’ve been using Food Grade H2O2 for 20 years and only now, I’m learning about “inhaling” H2O2 to kill infection.
Here is my question is “inhaling” H2O2 effective and how often should I inhaul per 1 time and how many times a day.
