Dear Philippe,

Do you know the cause of the chronic dry cough? Food allergies? Environmental allergies?

I would not use hydrogen peroxide internally for children.

I might first try apple cider vinegar and honey (honey only if the child is over a year old.)

1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Mix together with 4 ounces of warm water (it can then be chilled if the child would prefer a cold drink.)

This is helpful for coughs, allergies, asthma, etc. I have given this to children once or twice a day or as needed.
