How Much Do I Dilute 17% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide?

I can only get 17% food grade .Can I take this? If so what are the ratio of dilutions for it?

How much distilled water and how much hydrogen peroxide do I take and how many times a day?

3 drops in 8 Oz distilled water 2X's a day on an empty stomach.
