Please, I will like to know how many hours I am suppose to stay on empty stomach after using bht because I have peptic ulcer along with hbv for more than a year now..
I recently, purchased bht 250mg and I am wondering how long do I really need to stay without food.. Please I also need some illumination on using it in the evening does it have to be on empty stomach too?.
Is it most effective to use 250mg for the first 3 days and then graduate in using it twice daily after wards.. I will start using single dose from tomorrow though..

When I am taking a supplement on an empty stomach, I usually think it is fine to eat after an hour.
