How Do You Counter the Side Effect of Constipation From ACV?

Posted By Jc (Boston, Ma) on 03/07/2012

I have been experimenting with ACV for some time now and I found it tends to constipated me. I mentioned this to my Holistic doctor and he told me he has heard of this complaint from a few others. He could only offer to take some more magnesuim to counter the effect.

Now that I read above about potassium it perhaps explains why. Has anyone else had this experience? If so, what do you do to counter act it?

Hi, Jc from Boston, some people do experience constipation while taking ACV. Some one has already suggested you to take Magnesium may be in the form of Magnasium Chloride or you can take epsom salt that is Magnasium Sulphate. If you like you can also try VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil ), this will have many other benifits also. Good Luck, Baldev
