Bht is fat soluble meaning for your body to absorb it fat is needed. Ive read many conflicting thoughts on the proper way to take it. But whether you heat a spoon of oil and empty a capsule into it or simply swallow a tablespoon of oil before taking your pill, it seems either is sufficient to work. But taking it on an empty stomach with water you will NOT absorb the bht. Better to take it with a fatty food like pizza.
