What Are The Health Benefits of Pineapple Cider Vinegar?

I want to make pineapple cider vinegar because I'm living in Mexico and apples are not local and therefore not organic. Pineapple on the other hand is grown locally and I've heard it rivals ACV for it's health benefits. I would love as much information as I can get on this subject. Anyone?? :)
