Is Food Grade Peroxide Safe While Taking Medications?

Opinions from folks who have successfully used H2O2 while on Meds. I suffer from A-fib, borderline type II diabetes and chronic sinus pain, vertigo, cholestetrol meds, high BP. Can you safely use while taking meds? Appreciate any information you have.
Obviously some here would have tried smoking weed to lessen ailments that this therapy helps. Not that it's a med (matter of opinion) but is safety do that as well?
