Dosage Instructions for 3% H2O2

Hi, apologies if this information is already on the site. But I have spent hours reading about HP and have bought the 3% food grade, plus a water distiller. But I cannot find a chart or guidelines on how much to use and for how long. It is for general well-being and energy, I suffer from fatigue and also candida. If anyone could give me some guidance that would be much appreciated.

Go to youtube.com and type in Bill Monro. He was one of the first advocates of using 3% hydrogen peroxide in a nasal sprayer. The only advice I would add is that Bill had great success with regular HP and I would substitute food grade which is available directly without mixing on Amazon. Good luck. By the way, I use it twice daily as a preventative measure to prevent covid and so far so good!
