Just bought a book on hydrogen peroxide. The only confusion was that when I bought the HP (35% Food Grade) it was written "FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY" is it the correct one or I must get the one saying INTERNAL USE. I have gone through the diluting part I understand it well now, just was not sure if it is the correct HP.
