After oil pulling, it states you should use 2-3 glasses of water. Should the water be drank or used as a rinse? Please comment on this. I would like to know before I start oil pulling. Thank you.

You should drink the water, not just rinse with it. Sorry about the confusion -- we just clarified this on the OP main page.
