I am a great believer. Been taking powdered Kelp for years. Use a reputable brand. Japanese live a long, healthy life and eat seaweed/kelp (along with whale meat etc. but we wont go there! ). The sea has more minerals, trace elements and goodies than the land does!! I just sprinkle a small amount on my evening meal. You don't need much of this stuff-treat it as a condiment really. Watch out for radiation these days I suppose!
