I've been experimenting with oil pulling, and I've been using sesame oil. I also eat/drink 3 T of coconut oil a day for health reasons, and I'm wondering why (since CO is so good for so many things) I couldn't use the coconut oil for pulling? Any thoughts? Thanks.

I would also like to know if coconut oil will be good for oil-pulling. I also was wondering.. does it change color or do anything different when the oil pulling is complete? (like the other oils)
