Could Fatigue From Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Be a Die-off Effect?

I have doing the inhalation as described with 3% HP dilluted down from 35% FGHP. I'm on the third day and have had no side effects except yesterday and more so today I am very sleepy and just want to take naps. This is from someone who has trouble sleeping. Is this just a temporary detox die-off effect do you think? Thanks.

Hi there Ive been using the 1% food grade for mouthwash twice a day and for a nasal spray mist and today I experienced two rounds of nausea, was also wondering if these are die off symptoms...
