Could Apple Cider Vinegar Pills Cause Dry Patches on Skin?

I've recently started taking apple cider vinegar pills and I have noticed small, dry, red patches on the skin around by chest and my back. Could the dry red patches be burns from the ACV pills?

I use about 6 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar a day in my water. i have noticed crusted patches on the side of my face. could the a. c. vinegar be causing that? thank you, marcia
