Yes, it can definitely be done by children. My daughter started oil pulling when she was 7 and she loves the flavor of the sesame oil that we use and sometimes even asks if she can oil pull. She doesn't do it everyday as I do but multiple times a week. The only issue she has is when she has to rinse with the baking soda and salt water but she still manages.
