Can Hydrogen Peroxide Be Used Along With Medication (Trivenz) for HIV?

My question is. My friend is hiv positive and is currently using treatment medication(Trivenz) to suppress the virus.....can she use hydrogen peroxide with her medication?
She got the virus by sitting in a bunch of infected needles that was hidden on the train....i really hope this can help her and cure her from hiv
