Questions About Apple Cider Vinegar and Bone Health

Posted By Rita (Stuttgart) on 11/06/2016

ACV made me feel immediately more energetic, at least at the first day. Still beginning it. But I have one doubt about the continued use: when preparing a chicken broth, it is known that adding a spoon of vinegar will increase the calcium content in the broth due to the demineralization of the bones through the vinegar. I am not a chemist nor a biologist, so could someone explain me if the continued use of ACV is safe for bone health? Is there anyone here that uses it for a long time, like more than 5 years, and has no bones problem, like osteoporosis? I would like to understand this relation between ACV and bones and safe quantities. Thank you!
