Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda Are Causing Effects- Is This a Detox?

Posted By Rina (Phalaborwa, Limpopo South Africa) on 02/25/2012

I went to the pharmacy for a blood test for my acid count, it was 5.9, real high. My friend told me about your vinegar and baking soda. For 3 days I've been taking 2 tbls of vinegar and a 1/4 tsp baking powder with a half glass of water. This morning 25/2/2012 I feel my fingers is a little bit stiff like tight, my legs a bit swollen. Do you think it is detox? I am still taking the mixture. Can you please advice me, what to do. Thank you
