Dear Yankee52,
Apple cider vinegar tablets would be likely to give me indigestion, too. They are VERY concentrated. My husband has taken them but I have not.
If you haven't tried taking them with plenty of water or with food, you might try that as I think it would be less irritating to the stomach.
