Megaesophagus in my Rescued Dog, Vet Recommendation Needed

I am having a very challenging time locating a Vet Specialist for my rescued dog who I believe may have Megaesophagus. My general Vet is not able to help my beautiful baby. Does anyone what kind of Specialist I should look for and it would be great if you could share specific Vet recommendations. We live in SE Florida, but I am willing to travel within the entire state.
