Using white vinegar vs acv for very sick cat

Posted By Julie (Seattle, Wa) on 11/15/2014

I just wanted to take a moment to say a very sincere and heart-felt, THANK YOU, to first, this amazing website & secondly, to all of the numerous posts I read on here that ya'all wrote regarding the amazing benefits of ACV! You all have no idea HOW VERY MUCH this information is going to help my amazing, handsome 14 years going strong, side-kick, kitty...Hobbes.

After extensively researching, Hobbes's newly-adapted, very odd behavior, that now includes, his minimal urinating and his continual vomiting, low appetite, sad exterior....I know the answer for him is ACV, however I can't purchase it for a few more hours, at best, and I feel he needs to get started on this treatment, sooner, rather than later! I have no way to get to the store until my friend can arrive in a couple hours to drive me there and the condition of Hobbes is terrifying me to my core! :(

Heres my question, I found in my spice rack area, a bottle of Pure White Vinegar. How it got there, I have no idea, lol, but will some angel out there in "web-land", PLEASE let me know if I can topically administer White Vinegar, ONCE, to start him healing now and finish with ACV? I am hugely afraid that my trying to help him could potentially end up making him worse! I cannot find any reference to White Vinegar anywhere on this site...any additional information is greatly needed ASAP, in our time of need!

Keep up the love, ya'all to each other and to our fellow furry loved-ones, as well! ;)
