Help Needed for Dog Whose Medication is Causing Lack of Appetite

I have a three year old dog, she is on seizure medicine and second to try to calm her salivary glands down. They are not enlarged as much but, unfortunately this making her not eat and she is losing weight rapidly and will only take food with a syringe. Back to vet for more tests. Anyone know of a medicine that will help her eat and not make her have nausea but yet help her disease.
