Scab in Mouth Crease of Dog Won't Heal, Any Remedy Suggestions?

My Chihuahua keeps getting a scab one side of her mouth crease. It is a small scab that just falls off and there is no bleeding and then another one comes back in its place. She also licks her lips a lot.
