My cats and weight loss possibly from worms

Posted By Rala (Mississauga, Ontario) on 04/03/2012

Good morning, I would really appreciate if someone could help with me with their feedback, as 10 days ago I sent to EC my concern and have not yet heard back from anyone. I am not sure whether your answer would be directly to my email address or somewhere on EC website.

My message was regarding my 4 cats : 14 years female, my 3 male cats 12 and the 2 others 10 years old. My cats have been losing a lot of weight, This loss of weight may mean that they have worms (although I don't see them and if this is the case what type of worms are they, that can't be seen ?). The worms might be in their blood. I know some natural cures can be an answer. I have read so much on EC, however, which of all those can be the cure and no side effect in case the cause of the weight loss is not the worms. Would you recommend : Garlic or tobacco or chewing tobacco or cayenne pepper or clay powder or pumpkin seeds or diatomaceus earth or 100%apple cider vinegar. Or ginger ??? please help. My email is bousseima(at)hotmail.com. Many thanks - Rala

Dear Rala from Mississauga, Please try food grade diatomaceous earth (DE), 1 tsp. Mixed into each of your cats' food. If they refuse to eat it, dust it onto their fur so they will lick it off. DE is the best anti-parasite remedy, judging by the many testimonials on a particuar website in the U.S. DE does contain some clay. Besides eliminating all kinds of worms and other parasites, inner and outer, DE will most likely eliminate whatever other health issues your cats might have.
