Lump on Dog Underneath Her Skin From Torn Nipple in Fight

Hi! My do lost one of her nipple which was bitten when they had a fight with her bitches. I noticed a lump growing underneath her skin where the torn nipple healed from. I checked on it but its not just like any other lumps that are hard unlike to her it is soft part. I am so worried since she is already 10 years old (dachshund), my first dog. ðŸË¢ I gave her 1/4 teaspoon of fish oil and 1 tablet of ascorbic acid everyday. Is there any other natural remedy for her lump? I am so worried.
